March - May 2013 Group of companies "Bioenergia" Saratov, www.bioenergia.ru Position: Manager dealing with foreign partners, import manager - translator (full-time emplyment) "BIOENERGIA" is a high-tech company active in elaboration of feeding diets and customized production of vitamin-mineral premixes, protein-vitamin-mineral concentrates and all types of compound feed. the company's production facilities contain several production sites located in the European part of Russia and equipped with well-known European machinery brands: Ottevanger, Technex, Van Arsen. Bioenergia takes an active part in agricultural life of Russia boosting the opportunities of a Russian producer well around. My duties: 1. Supply of ingredients for feeds production: - monitoring of profile exhibitions abroad (production of ingredients and feeds for farm animals); - search of potential partners-manufacturers in other countries; preparations for negotiations and meetings (at foreign exhibitions, and in Russia); - accompaniment as a translator and foreign purchase manager in business trips; - organization of direct ingredients supply from foreign companies to Saratov warehouse, preparation of documents for customs clearance; - coordination of documents, permitting import of products with customs, veterinary and phytosanitary regulatory authorities; - logistics: work with transport companies to organize ingredients` supply; processing of transport orders, tracking of trucks at different delivery points and control of their arrival for loading/unloading. 2. The company deals with construction of non-residential property for commercial enterprises, rental of non-residential buildings, production and sale of gas equipment, hotel and entertainment complex. My duties: - Acceptance of incoming calls; - Acceptance and registration of incoming and outgoing correspondence; - Negotiations by telephone; - Work with documents; - Implementation of various tasks of general manager; - Work with computer, office equipment; - Help in negotiations with partners as interpreter; - Written and oral translations; - Accompaniment of general manager. The main goal of this Chamber is assistance in development of Saratov region`s economy, modern industry, financial and commercial infrastructure. Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation includes 34 enterprises, firms and private business owners and 16 professional guilds. I worked here in the department of translations. My duties: - Translation of contracts, agreements, business letters and other documents devoted to industry, economics and commerce with signed copies of which foreign partners and entrepreneurs exchange; -Translation of documents about foreign technologies and foreign technical equipment, engineering; - Business negotiations with foreign partners online and by phone; I practiced here during 3 months as a translator during my study at the University.
